I was thankful to make it to the gym this morning managing to get in a five-mile run, rowing, and a bit of pilates. Now, of course, my hip joints are screaming at me, but the pain is worth it. Something about those endorphins really help to change your mood. My selfish work-out however just meant that we started our academics later in the day, but I was willing for this to happen. I needed to exercise.
Our evening was spent at a soccer training facility, so I loaded up some school books and taught in the cafe. This was not an easy environment to teach in because of the many TV screens and noise. My oldest worked on his Latin studies on the long drive to the facility. We finally wrapped up at home around 11:00 tonight in the subjects of math and grammar.
